Shipping

We ship via UPS insured and offer several shipping options: Standard (ground), 2nd Day Air and Overnight Next Day Air (which does not include Saturday delivery). Shipments to PO Boxes will ship USPS Priority insured. Other shipping options are available for an additional charge.

  • Sales tax is charged when shipping within the state of Virginia.
  • In stock items ship within three business days, and we will notify you when your package has left our store.

Oversize or heavy packages may require additional charges.

Returns

We accept returns on items purchased from our website within 10 days from the day your package is delivered. If you would like to return or exchange an item you purchased online from us, please contact us immediately at info@lynnegoldmanstudio.com or 434-977-9477 and we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number. No items will be accepted for return without an RA number. Returns must be received in original packaging, in unworn condition, and with a copy of the receipt. All original tags on apparel must remain in their received placement. Merchandise must be returned with shipping pre-paid and insured. We reserve the right to deny a full refund if merchandise is sent back in an unfavorable condition. Credit issued will not include original shipping charges.

Holiday Returns

All merchandise purchased from November 24th thru December 31st will have an extended return period until January 15th. Refunds will be credited back to the original card used to make the purchase, minus any shipping charges. If you received the item as a gift, the item may be returned for store credit or exchange only. Internet purchases may not be returned at our store and our Internet return policy does not apply to in-store purchases.

Special Orders

Including items that have been sized or modified in any way, cannot be returned. All sale items are final sale, they are not refundable nor exchangeable. Refunds will be credited back to the original card used to make the purchase, minus any shipping charges. Internet purchases may not be returned at our store and our Internet return policy does not apply to in-store purchases.

Repair Warranty

Jewelry will be repaired free of charge for 90 days from the time of purchase, provided the item has not been mistreated. After 90 days, a charge will be quoted after assessing the damage. We repair only merchandise purchased from us. Please send all repairs, with the correct return authorization number to the address listed.
